Use KRCGConnect lawfully, respectfully, and only for its intended church, ministry, learning, community, event, prayer, and giving purposes. Do not misuse accounts, impersonate others, probe security controls, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in method and for activity performed through your account. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, ministry operations, or application security. Church membership status is maintained separately from application access.

You retain responsibility for information you submit. Do not post confidential information about another person without permission. Ministry leaders may moderate, restrict, or remove content that is unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or inconsistent with the community purpose.

Giving transactions may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Displayed confirmations are subject to successful payment processing. Unless required by law or expressly stated, charitable contributions may be non-refundable.

Bible translations, external meeting links, maps, calendars, payment services, and other third-party resources may be governed by separate licenses and terms. Availability of those services is not guaranteed by KRCGConnect.

The application may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. We may update these terms when needed for new functionality, legal requirements, or safety.

KRCGConnect supports ministry communication and spiritual formation. It is not an emergency service, medical provider, legal advisor, or substitute for professional care. Contact emergency services when immediate assistance is required.

You may request account deletion from your profile. We may restrict access for violations of these terms or security concerns. Independently maintained church records may remain subject to ministry, legal, and recordkeeping requirements.
