If you can sign in, open the in-app FAQ for feature guidance. For account-specific assistance, contact your Reformers Chapel administrator or ministry leader through your established church communication channel.

Confirm that you are using the same Google identity previously connected to your account. If access is suspended or your identity is not recognized, share the exact on-screen message with an administrator. Never send your password or authentication code.

Keep the date, amount, and payment confirmation reference. Do not send full card details. A ministry administrator can review the transaction record and coordinate payment-provider support when necessary.

Open your profile and choose Delete Account to remove your app account and associated personal activity. Church membership records maintained by leaders are separate. Contact ministry leadership if you also need a correction to those records.

KRCGConnect is not monitored as an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For urgent pastoral care, use your established direct ministry contact.

When requesting help, include your device type, app version, approximate time, the page you were using, and any displayed error code. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, or highly sensitive prayer details.
