Privacy Policy

We may collect account identifiers and contact details, member-directory information, profile images, ministry and group participation, event activity, Bible-study progress and quiz results, prayer requests and their selected privacy level, giving records, support information, and technical diagnostics needed to operate and secure the app.

Information is used to authenticate users, provide church communications and ministry features, manage events and groups, process authorized giving, personalize Bible-study progress, respond to support needs, prevent abuse, and maintain security and audit records.

Prayer requests are handled according to the visibility selected when submitted: public, leaders only, or private. Private information should not be included in a public request.

KRCGConnect relies on service providers for application hosting and data services, authentication, payment processing, calendar connections, email delivery, and Bible content. Those providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and are subject to their own privacy terms.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized church leaders, service providers, or authorities when required by law, necessary to protect users, or needed to operate a feature you request.

Information is retained while needed for ministry operations, legal obligations, security, and recordkeeping. You can request account deletion from your profile. App-account data is removed through that process, while church membership records managed independently by ministry leadership may be retained where appropriate.

Access controls, tenant-aware data rules, server authorization, and security logging are used to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. You may update profile information, choose prayer visibility, manage applicable communication preferences, and request help through the Support page.

KRCGConnect is not directed to children under 13 for independent use. A parent, guardian, or authorized church leader should manage participation where required.

Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies.
