Delete your KRCGConnect account

How to request deletion

Enter the email address used for your KRCGConnect account. Church administrators will review the request and verify account ownership before deleting anything. You do not need to sign in to submit this request.

What happens to your data

After your identity is verified, KRCGConnect removes the app account and associated personal activity. Records the church maintains separately for membership, giving, security, or legal recordkeeping may be retained when necessary. The ministry team will explain any retained records in its response.
